At Mirage, we provide digital prepaid cards and subscription codes. Please note that no physical product will be shipped.

Refunds & Replacements Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds or replacements are granted in the following cases to ensure your satisfaction:

  • The code is invalid or not functioning at the time of delivery.

  • The customer receives a different product than the one purchased.

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes Mirage is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.

  • Region mismatch purchases (e.g., buying a US code for a Saudi account).

  • Codes that have already been redeemed by the customer.
